Soror Scott was born on August 24, 1958 in St. Louis, Missouri. In 1995 she moved to San Jose, California, to serve as the Director of the Rosicrucian Egyptian Museum. She was elected to her first term as Grand Master in 2000 and re-elected in 2005.
Soror Scott is a teacher and a student. Her favorite subjects include history (especially ancient Egypt and Greece), myth, ritual, and sustainable business practices. She has a Master of Arts degree in Cultural Anthropology from the California Institute of Integral Studies and a M.B.A. from Regis University. Soror Scott most appreciates spending time in nature, including long walks on the beach and through forests.
