You are invited by the Rosicrucian Order, AMORC to participate in our fascinating research and investigation of the universal laws of nature. As a student of the Rosicrucian teachings, you will regularly receive Rosicrucian monographs, publications, membership credentials, and privileges which accompany affiliation with an educational organization of this scope. These benefits will continue for as long as you maintain a current dues status and express a desire for active membership.

If you would like to participate in the Rosicrucian system of personal and spiritual development, fill in all the information requested, and return it to us in the enclosed envelope, along with a dues payment as listed on this form. All questions must be answered completely unless designated optional.
Once we have reviewed your application and accepted you as a student, we will send your first packet of materials. After your initial mailings, if you feel the material is not relevant to your lifestyle, simply write and tell us, and we will immediately stop your mailings. You are under no obligation to continue.
