Event Description

Nefertiti Lodge will be conducting initiations into the Eighth Temple Degree.

Sunday November 12, 2017

1:00 pm: Eighth Temple Degree Initiations

Any current member in good standing who will be in the Eighth Temple Degree, or higher, of their studies as of that date, has already taken the Seventh Degree initiation and has not yet received the Eighth Degree initiation is eligible.

Note: you must have an initiation card indicating you have received the Seventh Degree initiation in order to receive the Eighth Degree initiation.

If you wish to take this initiation, you must register ahead of time. E-mail the lodge at nefertiti.amorc@gmail.com with your name and key number, and a message indicating that you wish to register for the Eighth Temple Degree Initiation. On the day of the initiation, you must bring your membership dues receipt (paper or electronic) showing that you are in the Eighth Temple Degree or higher in your studies, along with the initiation card showing you have taken the Seventh Temple Degree initiation. We will be unable to initiate anyone who does not have the proper credentials.

If you have already taken the Eighth Temple Degree Initiation, you are welcome to attend as a witness (prior registration is not required to witness the initiation).

Prior to the initiation, there will be a Seventh Degree review forum at 11:00 am. Anyone who has completed the Seventh Degree is eligible to attend this forum.

If you are being initiated, you are asked to arrive by 12:00 pm (arriving earlier and attending the review forum is encouraged, but not required). If you plan to witness the initiation, please arrive by 12:45 pm.
