Event Description

Fraters and Sorors,

Nefertiti Lodge will be conducting initiations into the First Temple Degree on Sunday April 14, 2019.  Any current member in good standing who has reached the First Temple, or higher, in their studies and has not yet taken this initiation is invited to register as a candidate.

If you wish to take this initiation, you must register ahead of time.  E-mail the lodge at nefertiti.amorc@gmail.com with your name and key number, and a message indicating that you wish to register for the First Temple Degree Initiation.

On the day of the initiation, you must bring your membership dues receipt (paper or electronic) showing that you are in the First Temple Degree or higher in your studies. We will be unable to initiate anyone who does not have the proper credentials.

If you have already taken the First Temple Degree Initiation, you are welcome to attend as a witness (prior registration is not required to witness the initiation).

The First Degree Initiation occurs in two parts. The first part will begin in the morning, and the second part begins in the afternoon.  The exact schedule will be dependent on the number of candidates, as each group is limited to a maximum of 12. Candidates must be present for both parts in order to complete the initiation.

There is no charge for the initiation.  However, we do ask those who are able to observe the law of AMRA.  Nefertiti Lodge relies on the support of its members and visitors to continue to be able to offer initiations and other programs.  As you give, so shall you receive.
