Mystical Statuary of the World III: The Knightly Effigy of the Black Prince

The human visage, hand gestures and form can be keys to draw forth and realize the presence of the Divine Within, the Master Within. We will see how this urge for illumination has expressed itself through sculpture for the great enrichment of us all and in the remembrance of our true nature. We will focus on the medieval masterwork of the tomb effigy of the Black Prince in Canterbury Cathedral.
