Understanding is the daily bread of life and our evolving personalities need to evaluate as well as to express.  In this article Soror Anderson reveals the practical method for balancing the one-sided experience of the conscious mind with the reminders that come from the subjective.   These messages arrive in the form of dreams.  The author explains how keeping a record of dreams over a long period can help release mental tension and provide a sense of well being.
