Julie Scott, Grand Master

Julie Scott serves as the Grand Master of the English Grand Lodge for the Americas as well as its President and Chief Executive Officer. She is also the Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Supreme Grand Lodge of AMORC. Soror Scott served as a volunteer on the local and regional levels of AMORC for many years and is profoundly grateful for the ways in which the Rosicrucian Order has enriched her life. 

 

Soror Scott was born on August 24, 1958, in St Louis, Missouri. In 1995, she moved to San Jose, California to serve as the Director of the Rosicrucian Egyptian Museum. She has served as the Grand Master since 2000. Soror Scott is a teacher and a student. Her favorite subjects include history (especially ancient Egypt and Greece), myth, ritual, and sustainable business practices. She has an MA in Cultural Anthropology from the California Institute of Integral Studies and an MBA from Regis University. Soror Scott appreciates spending time in nature, including long walks on the beach and through forests.
