Meditation is the key and central practice of spirituality and for the mastery of life. Much progress can be made when meditation is practiced daily. Meditation may seem like a paradox. For example, how can I help heal myself and others by just sitting there in stillness? How can meditation be an act of non-avoidance when we are not facing anything? Does meditation help us solve problems by not trying to solve them? By letting go of who I am, do I fully become myself? How does surrendering lead to the greatest strength and competence? These common, and not-so-common, questions and more will be discussed.
