The Presenter will review the article titled "Three Kabbalistic Meditations" by Grand Master Julie Scott in the Rosicrucian Digest Vol. 90, No.2 of 2012.

"Sefer Yetzirah appears to be an instructional manual, describing certain meditative exercises. Some of the meditation techniques in the Sepher Yetzirah include combining the Hebrew letters in chants, gazing upon their form, and creating images of the letters in our minds and with our hands."
