Pronaos Initiation

Beloved Members of Mountain Rose Pronaos and AMORC,

Mountain Rose Pronaos is conducting a New Member Initiation for Sunday June 30, 2024 at 1:00 pm, in which AMORC members may join Mountain Rose Pronaos. This meeting is for AMORC members only.

AMORC Affiliated Bodies (AB) serve as the living expressions of the Rosicrucian Order’s mission at the local level by presenting inspiring Rosicrucian rituals and ceremonies, by creating a safe community for members and seekers to study and practice the Natural Laws governing the Universe, and by representing the Rosicrucian ideals in the community. AB's provide members a depth and richness of ritual not found in home sanctum study. AB's offer members the opportunity to participate in the Great Work of the Order through involvement in group meditation and visualization work. They provide members with the opportunity to enjoy discussions, exercises, and discourses that deepen their understanding of the principles presented in the monographs.

By joining AMORC you embarked on an incredible journey into mysticism, illumination, self-exploration and evolution. The monographs teach you to set up and use a home sanctum to conduct your studies.  Although home sanctum studies are the core of your membership, attendance and participation in a local affiliated body, and interacting with other Rosicrucians is also an important way to expose yourself to new perspectives and ideas, and to meet other Rosicrucians. It also offers a path forward to growth through service to others.

The schedule for Sunday June 30, 2024 is:

1:00 pm: Introductory Discourse. The administrative and ritualistic rules that govern the operation of the pronaos are explained. This is a prerequisite to the Initiation Ritual.

1:45 pm: Council of Solace – Group healing meditation

2:15 pm: Initiation Ritual – Initiates will hear and agree to the terms of pronaos membership.

After this mystical and uplifting ritual, you will be welcomed as a member of Mountain Rose Pronaos. Afterward, there will be discussion and snacks.

If you are already a member of Mountain Rose Pronaos and have not experienced this Initiation, please RSVP also. Current members of Mountain Rose and AMORC are welcome to attend and witness this beautiful ceremony.

Mountain Rose Pronaos meets at the Highlands Masonic Temple. Enter by the south door and take the elevator to the 2nd floor. The address is 3550 Federal Blvd, Denver Colorado.
