On this day, across the globe, along with interested members of the general public, Rosicrucians gather with a shared and sacred purpose: to serve Peace. In a world often shaken by conflict, misunderstanding, and division, the Rosicrucian Order, AMORC, offers a profound and transformative path rooted in spiritual wisdom, ethical self-mastery, and universal compassion. Through the Meditation for Peace, we invite you to unite in silent strength and conscious thought to uplift humanity and help shape a future where harmony prevails - keeping in mind the phrase, "Let there be peace on Earth, and let it begin with me".

This simple yet inspiring ritual is more than a ceremony — it is a call to action from within. It reminds us that peace is not a gift from fate, but a responsibility born from our own evolution. As we reflect on the inner causes of conflict — pride, intolerance, hatred — we are reminded that only through the cultivation of virtues such as love, humility, forgiveness, and understanding can lasting peace take root.

With guided visualization, sacred readings, and intentional meditation, we channel our highest aspirations into positive thought-forms that ripple through the collective consciousness of humanity. Each word, each intention, each moment of inner stillness becomes a contribution to the global healing we all seek.

This is a free, public event, so you are most welcome to invite friends and family members. Note that children accompanied by their parents are also welcome to take part.

For after the "formal" ceremony, bring along a light lunch to enjoy as we take this opportunity for a period of informal friendly chat and potentially explore further our personal reflections on aspects of manifesting Peace.

To recap, remember to bring:

    * Your lunch

    * A comfortable chair or blanket should you wish to sit

    * An umbrella or rain poncho if light showers are in the forecast

Note: There is no "rain date" alternative planned for this event.

Important: We will meet near the parking lot located on the north side of Hog's Back Road. There is more than one parking lot, so please take note.

Please arrive by 10:45 AM so that we can direct you to our specific meeting spot on the park grounds

    * 11:00 AM - Peace Day Ceremony begins

    * Picnic Lunch  - A period of informal friendly chat and the possibility for further discussion on the Peace theme of the day

    * Wrap-up: By approximately 1:00 PM

Everyone is welcome – you do not need to be a Rosicrucian member to attend. Our intention for this ceremony is to provide a friendly, safe space for all seekers, regardless of your specific personal spiritual paths.

Plenty of free on-site parking is available.
