Mystical Statuary of the World IV

The human visage, hand gestures, and form can be keys to draw forth and realize the presence of the Divine Within, the Master Within. We will see how this urge for illumination has expressed itself through sculpture for the great enrichment of us all and in the remembrance of our true nature. We will consider statuary of the Pharaoh Cleopatra VII, the poet Percy Bysshe Shelley, the Winged Victory of Samothrace, and the reclining Buddha.
